Business / Systems Analyst

As an analyst on our team, your primary responsibility will be to interact with clients, gather project requirements, and help design user interfaces to address the client’s needs. The ideal candidate for this position should be self-motivated, have the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively, and be comfortable working directly with end-users.

Primary Responsibilities:

Gather requirements by working with clients and understanding their business needs
Design user interfaces and communicate ideas/concepts to technical and business audiences in both written and verbal form
Oversee the development of solutions and ensure they meet the client’s expectations
Create and deliver solution presentations to clients
Help implement solutions and train end-users

Required Skills:

Excellent interpersonal skills to deal effectively with clients
Strong analytical, problem solving, and conceptual skills
Proficient computer skills (e.g. comfortable with Microsoft Office) and ability to learn new programs quickly

Desirable Skills (not required):

Bachelor’s Degree (or related education that will help the candidate be successful in this role)
Work experience and knowledge of Web related technologies
Bilingual (English and French)
